The house is cleverly positioned in the back corner of the property, leaving a generous amount of space in the front of the house. Some of this is in parking / driveway and the rest is in lawn. There is sufficient area for a volleyball net or tents.

Being only seven years old and with the entire exterior of the house receiving a full paint job in June, this will certainly be a maintenance free purchase.
